TESDA IX, through RTC-ZamPen, remains committed to supporting child development centers across the region by empowering child development workers with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to deliver high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences for young children.
This effort is further reinforced by the newly enacted ECCD law, which aims to professionalize, reskill, and upskill child development workers nationwide. TESDA continues to play a vital role in this initiative through competency-based training and certification programs designed to elevate the standards of early childhood care and development.
Through programs such as the ECCDS NC III Multiplier Training, TESDA upholds its mission to build and expand the pool of certified trainers who will help develop a highly competent and compassionate early childhood workforce that contributes to nurturing young learners and strengthening the foundation for their lifelong growth and success.
