Competency: Holder of NTTC in any of the following qualifications: CSS NC II, Organic Agriculture Production NC II, SMAW NC II, EPAS NC II, and Automotive Servicing NC II. Exceptional skills in written and oral communication, knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, Good in networking and linkage, Possesses positive work values Good interpersonal relations, Good moral character and work ethics |
